Planning Of Meals…

BREAKFAST: This is the first
meal of the day.

Fruits: pawpaw, oranges, pineapples etc.

Cereals: porridge, guinea corn meal, oat, rice water etc. Eggs either: boiled, poached, scrambled, fried, omelette.

Vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, okra etc.

Carbohydrates: bread, yam, plaintain, rice etc.

Fat:butter and oils. Drink:coffee,te
a,cocoa,milk and water.
